QUIET PLANK SYSTEMS
New Era Acoustic Quiet Plank system is a high-density T&G Gypsum floor with low deflection and a high thermal conductivity making it ideal for use as a screed replacement alternative. Can be used for Commercial, leisure or Residential installations where the reduction of Impact sound is essential to comply with Part E.
The Quiet plank system has been tested in compliance with Part E & Robust Detail and meets the standards for an FFT2 Resilient cradle & batten system, ensuring you stay compliant with UK building regulations regarding impact sound isolation.
The combination of the unique New Era Acoustic cradles and Acoustibeam battens creates a “floating” effect that disconnects the floor from the structure, dampening vibrations and has a high level of sound isolation.
