At 36mm this is the standard Flexjoist, and the one most Gymflex floors are built on. It is used across the whole sprung range, from Cardio and Dance through to Free Weight and Powerlift, which is why it is the size most often held in stock.

In detail
What it does
Laminated from poplar plywood rather than sawn from solid, so there are no knots or shakes to work around and the batten will not twist or warp in service. The lamination is what makes a thin section usable as a sprung floor batten.
