New Era Gymflex Shock Roll 5mm x 1m x 10m
A 5mm resilient roll laid beneath the plywood in the Powerlift system, where it does a different job from the cradles below it. The cradles handle the big impacts; the Shock Roll takes the higher-frequency energy that would otherwise pass straight through the deck.
