New Era Club Packers
New Era 12mm Packer (100 per bag)
The thickest packer in the range, for the worst of a substrate. Where a floor is out by more than a centimetre in places, a 12mm packer deals with it in one piece rather than four.

In detail
What it does
Packers go in under the cradle, not under the batten: the cradle carries the load and the packer closes the gap beneath it, so the resilient layer keeps working. Stacking two thin packers is normal practice where no single thickness fits.
